The Challenge the Brand Faces

The challenge of the Brand Identity Design project was to create a logomark that reflects the core attribute of the brand, which is BALANCE.


It was crucial to ensure that the logomark embodies accuracy and attention to detail to provide a sense of depth and complexity that aligns with the brand's vision.


The objective was to develop a logomark that effectively communicates the following aspects:

  • Emotional BALANCE.

  • Psychological BALANCE.

  • Mental Health BALANCE.

  • Meditation.

Let's a peak at the project's goal

The goal was to create a logomark for StayZen Wellness Center that embodies balance in every aspect; emotional, psychological, and mental health. The design needed to reflect the brand's dedication to meditation, community, support, togetherness, and love, ensuring a nurturing and restorative visual identity.

How I handled the problem

By addressing these considerations, I aimed to develop a unique and impactful brand identity that resonates with the target audience and conveys the essence of BALANCE in emotional, psychological, and mental well-being, while encompassing the values of meditation, community, support, togetherness, love and spirituality.


The logomark needed to visually encapsulate these elements while maintaining a sense of balance and precision. It was vital to create a design that captures the attention of the target audience and evokes a feeling of trust and serenity.

The colour psychology is a long read, but you're gonna enjoy it

Colours play a pivotal role in conveying information, eliciting emotions, and communicating the essence of the brand.


I meticulously curated and handpicked colour palettes that align with the Inner Chi Vibe and the emotions StayZen seeks to evoke in its target audience. Each colour was thoughtfully considered to enhance the overall visual representation and create a harmonious connection with the brand's core attributes.


By blending vibrant and pastel shades, we aimed to achieve a delicate balance that evokes a sense of calmness and tranquillity.


Vibrant colours inject energy and vitality into the brand, while pastel hues bring a softness and serenity to the overall visual identity. The chosen colour combinations were specifically tailored to resonate with the target audience and evoke the desired emotions. Shades that exude balance and femininity were selected to reinforce the brand's commitment to creating a safe and inclusive space for women.


The colour palette conveys a sense of empowerment, nurturing, and embracing one's inner strength. The careful balance of vibrant and pastel colours not only signifies a sense of harmony and equilibrium but also reflects the multifaceted nature of the brand. It captures the duality of strength and serenity, creating a visual language that resonates with the target audience and enhances the brand's message.


Ultimately, through the strategic use of colours, we aimed to create a powerful and cohesive brand identity that conveys the Inner Chi Vibe, evokes specific emotions, and effectively communicates the "StayZen" brand's values and mission to its intended audience.
